The service programs the deployed equipment and verifies the performance meets/exceeds the performance required for by your application.
Support:
provide local and remote support to keep your network up to date with the latest firmware, any adjustments you may require throughout the network. Including keeping spare equipment in stock so in the unlikely event of a hardware failure we can get your network back online as quickly as possible.
